Delivery and returns policy

Delivery Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Up to 5 working days 
  • International Shipping: TBD with courier 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items may have restrictions on shipping to specific destinations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Krato Pantotina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Returns Policy

Return Window:

  • You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at jessicastampolakis@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
